- Complaint Handling: Assist in addressing complaints and provide effective solutions to improve customer experience.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between the sales team and other departments to streamline processes.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
