Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase requests accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation and tracking of sales leads.
- Maintain records of customer information, sales data, and follow-ups.
- Assist with client communications via email, phone, and chat.
- Ensure sales reports and performance metrics are prepared and shared on time.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Support the marketing team in coordinating and tracking promotional campaigns.
- Help manage digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media updates.
- Compile and organize market research data and competitor analysis reports.
- Assist in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and preparing detailed reports.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Organize and maintain files, databases, and CRM systems for sales and marketing activities.
- Handle internal communication and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications such as emails, memos, and reports.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and touchpoints.
- Provide regular CRM reports to sales and marketing managers.
- Assist with resolving customer queries and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Compile and analyse sales and marketing data to track trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for department heads.
- Monitor market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide operational support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve department efficiency.
- MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing systems) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Office setting, typically working regular business hours.
