Motivation and Engagement: Keep the team motivated through recognition programs, setting clear goals, and creating a positive work environment.
Reporting: Generate and present performance reports to upper management, providing insights into team productivity, call outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Also has to monitor the AMC Services
* Develop and manage a maintenance schedule as per the AMC.
* Has to responsible for contacting clients when an enquiry is received.
* Regular follow-ups
* Maintaining proper reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
