As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products. Your primary responsibilities will include helping customers find the products that meet their needs, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales to contribute to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
Provide product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs and preferences.
Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
Ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience by resolving issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Sales and Product Promotion:
Actively engage in sales activities and achieve individual and team sales goals.
Promote and upsell products, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
Assist with product demonstrations, and ensure customers are informed about product features and benefits.
Store Operations:
Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure that products are properly tagged and labeled.
Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and management to ensure store targets are met.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other store-related activities.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions offered by the store.
Attend product training and actively seek to enhance knowledge about the product lineup.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
