Sales Associate
Job Description – Sales Associate, Revv Subscriptions (OPEN)
Pay: Up to ₹35,101.42 per month
Benefits:
- Receive inbound customer calls and dial outbound customers based on leads assigned, to achieve agreed sales targets, and to resolve queries and complaints
- Maintain customer requirements and contribute to the overall improvement of campaigns
- Achieve call handling targets and standards
- 3-4 years prior work experience; preferably in sales/tele-sales; with 1-2 years selling experience in complex high ticket size products (Insurance, investment, educational toys, IT, time share products, stem cell harvesting etc.)
- College graduate (B.Sc./BA/B.Com, with above average education performance)
- Strong communication skills (including verbal and written)
- Strong listening skills, ability to think on the feet and resolve customer queries
