General Description: Telesales Executive will make Outbound Calls to our existing & potential customers seeking to purchase our pharmaceutical products. They will be responsible to make a healthy & clean relationship which leads to delight the customer with our products and our best services. Primary Responsibilities: · Make outgoing calls to all regular accounts and take orders. · Work directly with customer via telephone and email for healthy sales. · Daily Sales Target to be achieved. · Educates customer on our products offering and services to increase the daily spend. · Educate and explain product pricing and answering questions. · Follow up with customer for any customer service related issues. · Maintain accurate daily report and record of sales in sales tracker. Secondary Responsibilities: · Need to work under Team Leader & should be active in all challenging team activities. · Should take initiatives for team and make healthy team atmosphere. · Assisting Team & Team Leader for preparing reports and to achieve targets. Essential Experience, Skills and Abilities: · Should have excellent English communication. · One or more years’ experience of Sales Executives in a high volume fast, paced environment. · Fresher can also apply. · Should be active, enthusiastic skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. · Typing speed should be 25 & above per min. · Should be computer savvy. · Strong customer service and telesales skills. · Problem solving and decision making skills. · Superior closing skills.
