We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales and Support Supervisor to lead our Sales and Support team in the Indian division. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The supervisor will manage a team of Sales and Support specialists, ensuring efficient workflows, high sales performance, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the Sales and Support team to ensure effective performance and achievement of business goals
Provide leadership and coaching to the team, helping them to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer support
Monitor daily activities of Sales and Support specialists to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Coordinate sales initiatives and ensure consistent communication across the team
Ensure proper use and maintenance of CRM tools and customer data
Prepare performance reports for management on team achievements and challenges
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and support management, preferably in the Fin Tech, brokerage, or banking sectors
At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in sales or customer service
Native Hindi. English B2 or higher
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (We use Sales Force)
