Sales and Marketing Executive

Solar industry is on a high growth path and we are looking for candidates to develop new business models along with increasing our presence in new cities and states. With over 1000 Happy Customers we are now on path to accelerate our Sales and include customers from more cities and states. The roles and responsibilities include lead generation, Providing sales offers, Sales conversions and developing Channel partnerships. Work on building brand image by taking customer feedbacks and references. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English along with an innovative approach to try new things. The candidate should have excellent Sales and Negotiations skills and should be good at getting marketing materials designed. Candidates with Knowledge of local geography will be an added advantage.
Performance shall be duly rewarded monetarily and professionally.
As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems and solutions to residential and commercial customers. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth by generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing sales deals. Your passion for renewable energy and ability to articulate the benefits of solar technology will be key in convincing potential customers to adopt solar power solutions for their energy needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, online marketing, and networking events to generate leads.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize sales agreements, ensuring a win-win situation for both the customer and the company. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
