Sales and Marketing Associate
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and executing marketing campaigns that help expand our customer base and boost brand awareness. This role will involve client interactions, market research, content creation, and collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to achieve the company’s revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, using CRM software to manage leads and client interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Marketing:
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of the interiors design industry
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales and marketing metrics.
