Job Summary
The position demands a thorough understanding of policies, procedures & implementation of OH&S mandates in manufacturing industry. It is a full-time work opportunity.
Responsibilities and Duties
Education: Diploma / Graduate / Post-Graduate (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Industrial Safety Discipline)
Qualified PDIS/ADIS is must.
Tata Steel JNTVTI safety certification will be preferred .
Total Experience: 05 years
Experience in safety role: Minimum 3 years

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Responsibilities and Duties
- Build a strong internal relationship with the team members in the organization.
- Understand the service requirements of the clients of the organization and then drawing on your skills and experience, you will contribute to creating innovative insights for clients, and adapt methods and practices to fit into their requirements.
- Prepare safety management plan and developing awareness and training module for implementing the plan and its procedure for the organization.
- Conducting site audits, and safety drills, reporting unsafe acts/conditions and incidents, finding root cause and their preventive actions, closing NCs of external audits, management review meetings and continual improvement within the system.
- Conducting Internal and other Audits on a regular basis.
- Strict adherence to business confidentiality of the company & its clients.
