Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate and promote Tanishq's jewellery collections, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and industry trends.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or a recognized brand.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for the jewellery industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
