Retail Sales / Fashion Stylist
Our Men's Lifestyle and Fashion boutique brand invites highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Stylists / Associates to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also requires assisting with inventory, coordinating with the tailoring unit, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the retail space. This is a full-time position open to both Male and Female candidates based in Central Bangalore, with a competitive remuneration package offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and help them select products
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
- Respond to customer questions and direct them to appropriate racks and counters
- Provide personalized customer service and ensure an outstanding retail experience
- Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor product availability levels and replenish stocks for availability at all times
- Develop business generation and upsell ideas to drive higher sales
- Collect feedback and capture data from customer visits
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
- Process payments and alert management of potential security issues
- Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Coordinate and follow-up with the tailoring unit to maintain delivery timelines
- Keep clientele informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to meet sales goals and understand customer needs
- A passion for fashion and clothing, with product knowledge
- Strong people skills and ability to work in a team
- High energy level and dependability
- Basic math skills and verbal communication
- Job knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Soft skills and people management experience is a plus

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Performance bonus
- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
