Experience: 3+ years
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales function in the allocated cluster.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients' distributors and dealers.
- Expand and manage the sales network.
- Provide dealers and distributors with information about new or improved products and services.
- Monitor and analyze the market scenario and competitors' activities, including pricing.
- Collect feedback from distributors and dealers.
- Maintain a good relationship with both distributors and dealers.
- Ensure the right product is available at the right place, at the right counter, and at the right time.
- Have a knack for sales.
- Carry out the negotiation process and close sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role in the non-FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales plans.
