Retail Sales Assistant
A retail sales associate, also known as a sales associate or representative, is responsible for providing customer service and helping customers find products in a Counter. Some of their responsibilities include:
· Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing information about products and services
· Sales: Recommending products, processing payments, and helping customers decide what to buy
· Stocking and organization: Keeping the store clean and organized, and ensuring that shelves are fully stocked
· Merchandise management: Managing returns, and taking inventory
· Shop operations: Opening and closing the Shop, and following security procedures
· Communication: Providing feedback to the store manager, and staying current with promotional events
