- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Help maintain the store’s appearance by organizing product displays and ensuring products are well-stocked.
- Handle cash, credit, and return transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Any graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
