RESTAURANT SERVICE FEMALE STAFF
WE ARE HIRING A RESTAURANT SERVICE STAFF [ RESTAURANT HOSTESS] FOR CHEENAVALA RESTAURANT, EDAPPALLY, ERNAKULAM
As a Restaurant Service Staff Member, you will be the face of our Restaurant, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting daily restaurant operations. You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment and contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant.
KEY RESPONSUBILITIES:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
As a Restaurant Service Staff Member, you will be the face of our Restaurant, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting daily restaurant operations. You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment and contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant.
KEY RESPONSUBILITIES:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide information about menu items, and ensure an overall positive dining experience.
- Interact with guest during and after meal to gather feedback on dining experience.
- Share the guest concern with management team and ensure timely resolution of the same.
- Guest management during busy meal periods, allocating tables as per wait list.
- Any Degree, Previous experience in a Cafe or Restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Pleasant Personality, Positive , Friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 12 pm to 10 pm , including weekends.
- Prefer Female Candidates
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
