Job Purpose


The role of Resource - Dealership Sales will be responsible for managing Apparel Sales for dealerships in the allocated territory, including ensuring accomplishment of SBP targets, VM, BRI, manpower training and capability building in terms of Apparel product understanding.



Position Overview

Reports to: Zonal Manager - Apparel Dealership Sales
Function: Apparel

What you’ll do:

  • Driving the top-line sales performance of dealerships
  • Ensure the sale of Apparel products based on the agreed SBP targets for the region and function
  • Responsible for the placement of Royal Enfield apparel at dealers in allocated area
  • Plan and achieve the organizational goals as set in the annual plan-in terms of volumes, conversion, Per Bike Sale and overall growth of the organization
  • Handling of dealerships in the specified region and Review the Sales process at dealerships
  • Ensuring that dealers achieve the Retails / Wholesale as per annual business plan
  • Adherence to Fixed Journey Cycle to dealership and review forecasts
  • Support Dealership in identifying, recruiting and training of Apparel Sales staff
  • Focus on Secondary Sales to customer, thus achieving desired sell thru on primary sales
  • Ensure that dealership infrastructure is as per latest Corporate Identity Process norms and are compliant to all RE norms / Policies
  • Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
  • Plan and implement sales promotional activities capturing optimum market shares
  • Ensure stock replenishment, work with cross functional team for accomplishing business objectives

What you'll bring:

Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years experience
  • Experience of working in Apparel / Retail industry
  • Understanding of Dealership sales operations, VM

Qualification:

  • Essential - Bachelor’s degree (Full Time) - Sales, Marketing
  • Preferred -Masters in Business Administration (MBA) - Sales
