Research Intern

We are committed to research and development to continuously improve our processes, products, and services. We are seeking a motivated Research Intern to join our team and contribute to exciting research projects, particularly focusing on phytoconstituents and their application in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in research and development projects related to food processing, including the incorporation and extraction of phytoconstituents (bioactive compounds found in plants) for product enhancement.
Conduct experiments to optimize formulations, enhance nutritional value, and improve the functionality of food products using phytoconstituents.
Perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support research findings in food processing and ingredient interactions.
Collaborate with the R&D team to solve technical challenges, especially around the integration of phytoconstituents into food products.
Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and processing methods to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and innovations in the food industry, with a focus on natural ingredients, functional foods, and nutraceuticals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research outcomes and suggestions to the team.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Food Technology,Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in food processing, manufacturing, and research.
Strong knowledge of phytoconstituents (e.g., flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenes) and their applications in the food industry, including functional foods and supplements.
Basic knowledge of food safety, quality control, and food regulations.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques and familiarity with food processing equipment.
