Job Summary: We are hiring a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers and assist in the decision-making process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and track the progress of candidates.
Post job openings on various platforms and handle incoming applications.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding new hires and facilitate smooth integration into the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software is a plus.
