Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across a range of cybersecurity and technical positions. Your role will be instrumental in helping us build a high-performing team that will drive the success of Safe Aeon’s global operations. You should have a keen eye for talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, with a particular focus on technical and cybersecurity roles.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across all levels within the organization.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and other creative methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, coordinating with hiring managers to align on role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely and constructive feedback and maintaining open communication with applicants.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Safe Aeon’s employer brand, ensuring we are an attractive option for top-tier talent in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop a recruitment strategy tailored to each role.
  • Recruitment Data Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics related to hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and recruitment cycle time, providing insights to improve the recruitment process.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that recruiting processes comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies, and stay updated on best practices and market trends within the cybersecurity and tech industry.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage and track candidate progress.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and ability to effectively leverage Linked In and other platforms to identify and attract talent.
Professional Experience:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or cybersecurity, with a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical talent.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple positions simultaneously and achieving recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to candidate confidentiality.
