Job description
Greetings from Surendra Landbase!
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist (Female only) for our reputed and growing organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Diary management and management of meeting rooms
Coordination between different teams
Assisting the HR team with recruitment
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
Effectively communicate with employees, clients, and visitors to ensure a positive experience.
Greeting all visitors
Transferring calls as necessary
Performing ad-hoc administration duties
Receiving and dispatching deliveries
Assisting with mail as required
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Good communication skills.
Qualifications Competencies:
Minimum Qualifications: 12th or Graduate preferably
Minimum experience required: 1 - 3 Years
Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Effective communicator and good English writing capability
Candidate should be presentable and beautiful.
