Overview: As a QSR Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service: · Greet customers and assist with their orders. · Ensure accuracy in order-taking and respond to special dietary requests. · Handle customer complaints or feedback promptly and professionally. Food Preparation: · Prepare and assemble menu items like sandwiches, tacos, hot dogs, burgers, pizzas, and desserts. · Follow recipes and portion guidelines, paying attention to special dietary requirements. Health and Safety Compliance: · Adhere to all food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and cleanliness protocols. · Ensure food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment are properly sanitized. Team Collaboration: · Work efficiently with team members during busy shifts to maintain a smooth workflow. · Help maintain a clean dining area and kitchen by following cleaning schedules. Cash Handling & Order Processing: · Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately. · Ensure prompt and efficient order processing. Inventory & Supplies: · Keep track of stock levels, inform management of shortages, and restock items as needed. · Assist in receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory control. Speed & Efficiency: · Ensure quick service by preparing and delivering orders in a timely manner. · Maintain efficiency during peak hours without compromising on quality. · Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and reduce wait times. Cash Handling & POS Operations: · Accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions. · Ensure proper operation of the POS system, minimizing errors during order processing. · Balance cash registers at the end of each shift and report discrepancies. Inventory Management & Stock Replenishment: · Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management. · Restock items as needed, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are available during service. · Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory rotation (FIFO). Team Collaboration & Communication: · Work closely with fellow QSR crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. · Communicate effectively within the team to address any issues or customer feedback. · Support team members in tasks such as food prep, cleaning, or serving when required.
