QC Incharge
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for medical X-ray equipment manufacturing.
- Inspect and test raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Monitor production processes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance product quality.
- Manage the QC team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inspections, defects, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production, engineering, and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to medical devices.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and develop preventive measures.
- Manage internal and external audits and address any non-conformities identified.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality control.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 0-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in medical device manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, industry regulations, and best practices (e.g., ISO 13485).
- Experience with quality inspection, testing procedures, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve quality issues.
