We are looking for a Purchaser, who has responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services in alignment with organizational goals and strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, delivery time, and reliability. 2. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
4. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any issues or concerns.
5. Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Monitor purchase order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
7. Manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
8. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
9. Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as bulk purchasing or negotiating volume discounts.
10. Track and report on purchasing metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance.
11. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with supply chain disruptions or supplier failures.
12. Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
