The role is based out of Panjim, Goa.
Join us as a Psychologist and be an integral part of nurturing a stress-free and harmonious atmosphere for our Client's Employees. A major part of your job is to be at the client's office space, facilitate one-to-one therapy, and conduct sessions on mental and emotional health. Open for candidates with 2+Years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Take up One-to-One therapy by being present at our Client’s office - Thrice a week
- Take Online One-to-One Therapy during Non client visit hours
- Taking Online and Offline group sessions on Mental and Emotional Health
- Provide proper intervention for trauma cases
- Weekly reporting based on requirements and format from the client
- Monthly reporting on employee grievances data
- Helping In research work if any
- Other mental health services that are requested by the client during the working hours
- Act as a point of contact for any queries or assistance related to Zariyaa at the client location.
- Observe and gather feedback from Employees to enhance the overall experience.
- Liaise with Our client/Zariyaa to share valuable insights and suggestions based on your observations.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client location
- Open to learning new techniques.
- Holds a Master’s degree in psychology.
- Has strong communication skills and a friendly approach
- Is empathetic and passionate about wellness.
- Has 2+ Years of experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
