Job Title: Proposal Writer- Ed Tech Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2-3 years in Ed Tech, with a focus on proposal writing, B2B, and government documentation Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Proposal and Documentation Specialist with an extensive background in the Ed Tech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals for educational institutions, preparing government tender documentation, managing pre-sales activities, and handling all necessary legal documentation. This role requires strong experience in B2B documentation, government proposal processes, and the ability to gather and analyze requirements to create compelling proposals. Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Writing: Develop and write detailed proposals for education institutions, focusing on both B2B and government sectors.
Government Documentation: Prepare, manage, and submit proposals and tenders for government contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
B2B Documentation: Draft business proposals, Mo Us, contracts, and other documentation required for business-to-business engagements in the Ed Tech space.
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements, analyze needs, and create customized proposals.
Tender Documentation: Manage the end-to-end process of government tenders, including research, writing, compliance checks, and submission.
Requirement Gathering: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and information necessary for proposal development.
Legal Documentation: Ensure that all legal aspects of documentation, including contracts, agreements, and licenses, are accurate and compliant with legal standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across the organization, including sales, legal, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure that proposals are aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in proposal writing and documentation in the Ed Tech sector.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Education, or related fields.
Government Tender Expertise: Proven experience in preparing and submitting tenders for government projects.
B2B Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B documentation processes, particularly in the education and technology sectors.
Legal Knowledge: Experience handling legal documentation such as contracts, NDAs, and other agreements.
Pre-sales Experience: Knowledge of pre-sales processes, including requirement gathering, proposal drafting, and client communication.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the education system, upskilling programs, or LMS platforms.
Experience in working with government agencies or large-scale education institutions.
Knowledge of local and national education policies and procedures.
