Position Title – Professional, Employee Engagement
Experience Level – 4 to 5 years Department - Human Resources (204A), Enablement Services Location - Gurgaon Position reports to – Associate Director – Human Resource
Job Purpose The Employee Engagement role is a key client facing role in which the individual will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with their businesses and all other stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Be available to employees and managers to provide operational support and guidance on team management, employee relations/counselling, performance management, employee development succession planning along with the handling of "sensitive" or difficult situations.
Develop HR solutions to meet internal client requirements and business needs and ensure that these are owned and effectively implemented by line management
Ensure employee connect through one-on ones; skip level meetings, Townhalls, etc.
Work within and actively promote the corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
Facilitate execution of Reward & Recognition programme
Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews
Coordinate for mid-year reviews and annual appraisal cycle
Work on HR analytics projects and reports
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years’ experience in a generalist HR/Business HR environment and should possess the following qualifications/experience:
Qualifications in discipline such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or Social Science will be highly regarded.
Experience in HR Analytics and reporting
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
Proven influencing, negotiation and time management skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, Power Point, Word etc
In addition, one must also have the ability to work in a truly multi-cultural team environment and enjoy dealing with team members at all levels across multiple locations.
