Production Supervisor / Chef (Only for candidates residing in Goa)
The Bakery production manager takes charge of the day-to-day production of baked goods, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Production planning - Develops daily and weekly production plans based on sales, staffing, and previous performance
- Quality control - Ensures products are made to recipes and quality standards, and conducts regular quality checks
- Inventory management - Manages inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Staff management - Trains, mentors, and evaluates staff, and ensures they are properly trained and developed
- Safety and sanitation - Maintains a clean and safe work environment by enforcing health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Communication - Communicates with sales and other departments to ensure high quality products and excellent customer service
- Production reporting - Prepares reports on production metrics, staff performance, and inventory levels
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
