We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. As a Production supervisors should have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also have knowledge of health and safety regulations
Key skill-
Pay: ₹14,350.00 - ₹21,640.00 per month

- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Managing production: Ensuring production plans are completed on time, and that production output meets specifications
- Managing health and safety: Ensuring a safe work environment by implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and identifying hazards
- Managing equipment: Ensuring equipment is functioning properly, scheduling maintenance, and evaluating new equipment
- Managing communication: Communicating with other departments, and reporting on performance to senior managers
Pay: ₹14,350.00 - ₹21,640.00 per month
