- Ability to Read and Understand Process Standards/Work Instructions
- Knowledge of Process Parameters
- Understanding of Product Defects and Their Causes
- Basic Firefighting Skills
- First Aid Proficiency
- Handling 4M Changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method)
- Managing Abnormal Situations
- Daily Work Management (DWM)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 Standards
- Awareness of Documentation Processes
- Daily Planning for Machine Shop Operations
- Preparation of Indents for All Work Orders
- Upload Indents on Drive Post Store Verification
- Material Follow-Up with Stores as per PPC Planning
- Monitor to Ensure Zero Material Loss
- Focus on Maximizing Team Productivity
- Conduct and Participate in DWM Meetings
- Support QA with ISI Marking Documentation
- In-Process and Final Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) Reporting for QA
- Total Floor Management and 5S Implementation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
