Position Overview:Production Incharge
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Incharge to manage and oversee the end-to-end production process for our creative designs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of materials, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality output at every stage of production.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Incharge to manage and oversee the end-to-end production process for our creative designs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of materials, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality output at every stage of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct sampling of designs on multiple materials, including fabric, paper, wood, glass, and others.
- Manage the printing process on fabrics and other material
- Oversee wallpaper installation projects
- Ensure smooth execution and alignment of designs during printing and installation.
- Conduct thorough quality checks of final products to ensure they meet design and production standards.
- Oversee the proper packaging of final products for delivery to clients or installations.
- Visit markets to source appropriate fabrics for new and existing design projects.
- Perform site visits to supervise wallpaper installations, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction
- Identify and source new vendors for raw materials, fabrics, and product supplies.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing vendors and negotiate favorable terms where possible
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in design or interiors.
- Familiarity with a variety of materials (fabric, paper, wood, glass).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for sourcing, sampling, and site visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
