**Job Posting: Production Chemist** **Company:** TMV Natural Oils & Extracts Pvt. Ltd. TMV Natural Oils & Extracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Production Chemist** with **5+ years** of expertise in oleoresin extraction, processing, and analysis. The successful candidate will oversee production activities, manage quality control, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining professional relationships with team members and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** *Chemical Analysis:* - Perform chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using HPLC, GC-MS, UV-Vis, and other techniques. - Ensure tests follow SOPs and protocols, with accurate documentation and reporting of results. *Production:* - Lead production of spice products (spice oils, oleoresins, etc.), supervising all aspects, including processing, packaging, and quality control. - Guide plant workers and ensure a fair, respectful environment. - Address and resolve production challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. - Coordinate and schedule production to meet targets, train staff, and monitor equipment performance. - Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics departments. *Quality Control:* - Ensure compliance with quality standards across all production stages. - Investigate quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. *New Product Development:* - Develop new products based on client specifications in a timely manner. *Regulatory Compliance:* - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, FDA) and support during audits. *Laboratory Management:* - Oversee calibration and maintenance of lab equipment. - Manage inventory of supplies and ensure a clean, organized lab environment. *Documentation and Reporting:* - Prepare detailed reports for senior management and maintain records of QC activities. - Contribute to the development of SOPs. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 5+ years of experience in a QC lab, preferably in solvent extraction or related industries. - Experience with equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV, TDS Meter, p H Meter, Water Activity Meter, Karl Fischer Titrator, IR Moisture Analyzer, Centrifuge, and Buchi Rotavapor. - Certifications like ASQ Certified Quality Technician are a plus. **How to Apply:** Send your resume to **info@tmvaroma.com**.
