Lo B Overview (Data) Netscribes is organized along two lines of business – Data and Insights. The Data Lo B is responsible for delivering the following solutions to our clients: 1. e Commerce: Supporting online brands and marketplaces to build high performance catalogs and to enhance seller and customer experience. From sourcing data to validation, enrichment, and creation of high-quality content, we offer a wide range of catalogue services. We help onboard sellers faster and better, and we engage with customers for a better experience. We deploy extensive automation and tools for processes such as product cataloging, descriptions and feature writing, image sourcing and editing as well as quality audits. 2. Info Services: Data collection, validation and enrichment to support onboarding and engagement of customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. We ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations and we enable a faster and better experience. e Commerce: The e Commerce business unit comprises of more than 600 members, based out of Kolkata, Mumbai and Gurgaon, working on 24X7 engagements. The team is a mix of a) delivery managers, project managers and team leads who manage large teams, handle client relationships and ensure high quality, on time, predictable delivery b) quality check leads c) Training, MIS, process improvement teams d) content writers, image editors, content QC and process associates who are responsible for delivering high quality. Our clients prefer us over our competitors because of our - our can-do attitude and zeal, which allows us to set up and execute processes in record time ability to automate and increase throughput while consistently meeting TAT expectations our reputation for delivering high quality consistently strong relationships with our clients Profile Description Role: Process Trainer Designation: FTE – Senior Associate – Trainer LOB: Digital Commerce Solutions Reporting to: Project Manager Working Day: 6 days (1 rotational week off) Shift Timing: Rotational (9 am to 9 pm) Mode: WORK FROM OFFICE – Netscribes (Kolkata) Key Responsibilities The Trainer for the e-commerce client Fraud & Risk Management Process will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to FRM agents/analysts on the client’s set Process. The Trainer will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and coaching to agents as they implement the engagement process in their work. Also, will work as TL. 1. Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs on the client’s FRM Process to agents. 2. Provide ongoing support and coaching to agents as they implement the engagement process in their work. 3. Collaborate with the FRM engagement team to develop and refine the engagement plan. 4. Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices related to process. 5. Conduct research and analysis to identify and address the needs of agents. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations on the client’s set process to internal and external audiences. 7. Develop and maintain training materials, including handouts, presentations, and online resources. 8. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Skillsets and experience - Proven experience exclusively in training large batches related to verification/fraud process (preferably e-commerce) {voice}. - Proven ability to maintain client relationships. - Strong understanding of social commerce and e-commerce trends. - Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills to train the agents on the client’s process. - Ability to work under pressure and efficiently prioritize tasks to meet targets and tight deadlines. - Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. - Proactive and results-driven. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
