Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Process Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing workflows to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily production processes to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
Work closely with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain and update daily production reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry.
Identify and analyze process issues, suggest improvements, and support implementation.
Ensure all health and safety standards are followed in the production area.
Assist in the training of new employees and ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
Act as a liaison between management and floor staff, communicating targets and performance metrics effectively.
Support the planning and execution of production audits and inspections.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, preferably in plastics or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems ex. tally.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in production or process coordination, ideally in plastics manufacturing or a similar industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure.
