Shift: Night Shifts Only (7 PM to 5 AM, Sat & Sun Fixed Off)
Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month (Best in the Industry) Excluding Incentives

Job Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the US.
Effectively communicate to understand customer needs and generate leads.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Lead Generation:
Utilize scripts and product knowledge to effectively gather and qualify leads.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation and call quality.
Contribute to team targets and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals.
Compliance and Reporting:
Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
Provide regular reports and updates on call outcomes and lead quality.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills in English (Preferred).
Ability to work night shifts aligned with US timings.
Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Job Posting and Advertising
Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant sources to attract potential candidates.
Sourcing and Screening Candidates
Searching and sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and other sources.
Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess the candidate’s suitability for the job.
Conducting HR-round interviews with candidates and assessing their skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
Selection Processes (With the help of HR Manager)
Selecting the most suitable candidate for the job.
Negotiating salary and other compensation terms and extending an offer of employment.
About the Role: As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. Applicant Tracking and Reporting
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including tracking their progress throughout the hiring process.
Preparing reports on recruiting activities.
Employer Branding
Developing and maintaining the company’s employer brand, including creating a positive image and reputation as an employer of choice.
Onboarding and Orientation
Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Conducting induction programs to provide information about the company, its policies and procedures.
Introducing new employees to their colleagues and managers.
Employee Relations
Handling employee queries and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
Internal Compliance
Ensuring all recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and regulations.
Maintaining records and documentation as required.
