Job Description - Process Associate
Experience - 0 - 2 years
Location: Vadodara
Note -
1) The expert will work on Saturday, Sunday, & Public Holidays. Weekly offs will be on Wednesday & Thursday.
2) The expert will need to join within 1 week.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹14,628.12 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process associates will work with the Service Delivery Managers and the team to support product implementation and operation.
- Wov VRA is used by a location (mall, foodcourt, airport, etc.) to capture automated daily sales data from all outlets present in the location
- Process Associate would be doing the follow-ups, monitoring for the brand integrations
- Update the data to facilitate integrations with brands
- Monitoring data on daily basis for accuracy
- Assist in periodic audits and report findings of the audits
- Providing timely support and troubleshooting to the team
- MIS Reporting experience and data management
- Experience in a similar role or retail operations experience will be preferred
- Ability to Analyze, Research and solve Technical and project related problems.
- Able to promptly answer & support related Phone calls & Emails.
- Excellent Communication (Oral & Written), Interpersonal, Organizational & Presentation skills.
Pay: ₹14,628.12 - ₹17,000.00 per month
