We are looking for an Prefabricated Building CAD designer to undertake various designing projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing and a natural flair for creativity.
Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Understanding and researching consumer tastes and needs in order to manage design projects.
2. Drawing designs by hand or using computer aided design (CAD) software.
3. Building and creating sample models for production teams (e.g. Fabricators and Installation crew) to work from.
4. Designing Prefab for manufacture, according to knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, production costs, capability of production facilities, and characteristics of company.
5. Suggesting ways to improve Prefab items already manufactured.
6. Working in close coordination with the management & Production to discuss the initial concept and design brief and ensure the maximum production utility.
7. Developing models and stereotypes which can be used to progress the Prefab to small or large scale manufacture.
8. To visit the site and gathers the data/ requirement of site with respect to design and installation.
9. to help the Installation crew to understand the plan and suggest the best way for exaction.
10. To visit to Clients during the presales to understand the exact requirement and shall act as bridge between sales and client.
What are we looking for?
1. Minimum experience of 3-4 Year in designing CAD and workspaces.
2. Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketchup, 3D Max or other design programs.
3. Excellent portfolio of previous works.
4. Intuitiveness to understand design and curiosity to learn and work with different materials.
5. Having Knowledge about Prefab Products Such as Clean room , cold room ,labor hutment , Porta Cabins etc.
