Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage young learners and promote foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and play-based learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress through observations and informal assessments, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community within the classroom.
- Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among young children.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license (if applicable).
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
