Job Summary:
The Headmistress will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the playschool, ensuring high standards of education and care. The role demands a visionary leader with excellent management skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to create a nurturing atmosphere for children, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of teachers and support staff.
- Curriculum planning, ensuring it meets the developmental needs of children.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Maintain strong communication with parents, providing updates on the children’s progress.
- Implement policies, procedures, and strategies in line with educational best practices.
- Manage admissions, recruitment, and staff training.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Foster strong relationships with the community and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- NTT-B.ed Preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development, early learning standards, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide staff while maintaining a collaborative environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the well-being of children.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
