Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service to all patrons, answering their questions about medications, providing information on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction will be crucial for building a loyal customer base.
Dispensing Medications:Accurately dispensing prescription medications and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and guidelines. This includes understanding dosage instructions, prescription validity, and maintaining patient records.
Healthcare Compliance:Familiarizing yourself with the legal and regulatory requirements related to operating a pharmacy. This includes understanding local and national laws concerning pharmaceutical sales, controlled substances, and patient privacy.
Financial Management:Handling the financial aspects of the business, including setting pricing for products, managing profit margins, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Marketing and Promotion:Developing marketing strategies to attract customers, raise awareness about the pharmacy's services, and potentially collaborating with healthcare providers to increase referrals.
Order Processing and Billing:Ensuring accurate order processing and billing for prescriptions, coordinating with insurance companies, and handling any issues related to payment.
Health and Safety Measures:Implementing health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both customers and staff. This includes proper storage of medications, sanitation, and adherence to infection control practices.

Pay: ₹8,849.55 - ₹16,000.00 per month
