Job Title: PGT Physics Teacher Job Summary: The PGT Physics Teacher is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering high-quality physics education to students in classes 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th. The teacher will prepare students for board examinations and other competitive exams, foster an understanding and appreciation of the subject, and promote scientific thinking. Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning:
Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfil the curriculum requirements.
Create instructional materials and teaching aids.
Integrate technology into teaching methods to enhance learning.
Classroom Instruction:
Deliver engaging and interactive physics lessons.
Explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance exams like JEE, NEET, etc.
Student Support and Guidance:
Offer additional support to students struggling with the subject.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Motivate students to explore careers in science and engineering.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Manage student behavior in accordance with the school's policies.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest developments in physics and teaching methodologies.
Participate in professional development opportunities such as workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall teaching experience.
Communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress and address any concerns.
Administrative Duties:

Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physics or a related field.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is often preferred or required.
Experience:
Previous teaching experience at the senior secondary level is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of the subject.
