- Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
- Medium of Instruction:
- Candidate must have completed all educational qualifications in English medium.
- Delivering high-quality instruction in Chemistry to senior secondary students.
- Developing engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to curriculum development.
- Encouraging a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficient in using educational technology and resources.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Prior teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.
