PGT Biology Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializing in Biology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Biology, coupled with excellent teaching skills and a dedication to student success. The PGT Biology will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, conducting assessments, and nurturing a love for the subject among students.
Salary : 20,000 - 25,000 Per Month

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in Biology for students at the postgraduate level.
- Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
- Employ a variety of teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Use educational technology and resources effectively to enhance the learning experience.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum, share best practices, and ensure alignment with educational standards.
- Mentor and support students both academically and personally, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Stay updated with developments in the field of Biology and incorporate relevant advancements into teaching practices.
- Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
- Master's degree or higher in Biology or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching Biology at the postgraduate level, preferably in a reputable educational institution.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Biology and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Proficiency in educational technology and tools for teaching and assessment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Understanding of assessment practices and strategies to support student learning outcomes.
- Teaching certification or qualification.
- Experience in curriculum development and educational leadership roles.
- Knowledge of pedagogical theories and instructional design principles.
