Responsibilities:
Perform specialized pediatric dental treatments and general dentistry procedures with expertise and care.
Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans for pediatric patients and oversee their implementation.
Mentor and guide associate dentists, enhancing their clinical skills and professional growth.
Collaborate with the team to meet clinic objectives and drive overall performance.
Participate in and contribute to continuing education and training programs at Studio32 Academy.
Engage in patient and parent education, promoting oral health and preventive care for children.
Qualifications:
MDS in Pediatric Dentistry from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in pediatric dental procedures and clinic management.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and patient care abilities, particularly with children and their parents.
Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
