Panchakarma Therapist
1. Observe patients doing tasks, ask them questions and review their medical history.
2. Evaluate a patient’s condition and needs.
3. Follow treatment plan for patients as instructed by doctor, laying out the types of activities and specific goals to be accomplished.
4. Help people with various disabilities with different tasks, such as leading an autistic child in play activities.
5. Demonstrate exercises – for example, joint stretched for arthiritis relief – that can help relieve pain for people with chronic conditions.
6. Evaluate a patient’s home or workplace and, based on the patient’s health needs, identify potential improvements, such as labelling kitchen cabinets for an older person with poor memory.
7. Educate a patient’s family and employer about how to accommodate and care for the patient.
8. Recommend special equipment, such as wheelchairs and eating aids, and instruct patients on how to use that equipment.
9. To do the treatments as per the instruction of doctors.
10. To get the medicines and materials from dispensary, kashayam section and general store which are required for treatments.
11. To prepare medicines, materials etc for the treatment purpose before starting the work.
12. To help patients to get prepared for treatment.
13. To help patients to move from bed to treatment room and back.
14. Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Authority from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹12,008.91 per month
