Packing Supervisor (Male )
A Food Packing Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that food products are packaged safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Here are some of the key responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Supervising the Packaging Team: Oversee the daily activities of the packaging team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and correctly1.
- Quality Control: Inspect and approve packaging materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards1.
- Maintaining Equipment: Ensure that all packaging machinery is properly maintained and functioning correctly2.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of packaging materials, ordering supplies as needed2.
- Training and Development: Train new staff and provide ongoing training to existing employees to ensure they are proficient in their roles1.
- Scheduling: Develop and implement packaging schedules to meet production deadlines2.
- Compliance: Ensure that all packaging processes comply with health and safety regulations3.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to packaging1.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on packaging operations and productivity.
- Education: BSc Food technology or related
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food packaging or production environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
