Packaging Supervisor
We are currently seeking a dedicated Packaging supervisor to join our pharma manufacturing unit. This role is crucial for overseeing our inventory management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing our supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Supervise and coordinate daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor packaging processes and ensure adherence to quality control measures.
- Train and mentor packaging staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate packaging of products.
- Maintain accurate records of packaging materials and inventory levels.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all packaging activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaging equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance as needed.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Experience:
