- Assist in post-operative care and provide support to patients.
- Ensure the proper handling and sterilization of surgical instruments.
- Collaborate with the medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Document surgical procedures and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Nursing degree or diploma with valid registration.
- Proven experience in cataract and squint surgery assistance is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of OT protocols and sterilization techniques.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
