Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OEM Specialist to manage relationships with original equipment manufacturers, ensure timely delivery of quality products, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs.
2. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
3. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
4. Manage inventory levels, lead times, and shipping logistics.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality).
6. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
7. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
8. Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
