· Supervise daily administrative operations. · Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives. · Developed long-term business strategy by using customer feedback to identify necessary process improvements. · Practice lean principles, which led to improvements in workflow and quality and waste reduction. · Ensure effective delegation and supervision to get all the tasks done in stipulated time. · To ensure documentation and following of all NABH and CAP standards. · Ensure staff discipline and grooming as per company standards. · Ensure good cooperation and regular exchange of information with all internal stakeholders. · Ensuring effective facility management while coordinating with the departments of quality control, maintenance & housekeeping. · To conduct periodic audit of stock and co-ordinate with purchase team for timely delivery of supplies. · MRD data management ensure data accuracy and sequencing · General statistic report submission to CMO Office · Supervise Internal marketing Brochures, signage’s Notice board and testimonials · Patient satisfaction survey (feedback form) · Document verification of TPA(third party Adminstration ) i.e insurance department Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits:
